Additional Services

Please select a date at least 7 days out from day of reservation.

The parties agree as follows:

 

1) Paying the agreed VENUE RENTAL FEES
 

2) Client agree to pay deposit of $250 . The deposit is nonrefundable. This payment serves to hold
the venue for the specified date.

 

3) The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to date of the Event.
 

4) In the circumstance the Event has to be cancelled, LaFleur will transfer reservation deposit to a
new date agreed on by LaFleur and the client.

 

5) Remaining payments can be made via Zelle, 832-388-6692 Cashier Check and or Money Order.
 

Terms of agreement

 

1) ACCESS AND USES OF ALL TABLES, CHAIRS, AND COCKTAIL TABLES

2) SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS PROHIBITED INSIDE VENUE

3)ALL ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES ARE PROHIBITED

4)CLIENT WILL ENSURE VENUE IS LEFT IN A REASONABLE TIDY CONDITION AT THE END OF THE
EVENT.

5) ALL DECORATIONS MUST BE REMOVED WITHOUT LEAVING DAMAGES AT THE DEPARTURE OF
THE EVENT

6) USAGE OF CONFETTI, GLITTER, AND BIRDSEEDS ARE PROHITED
